Hellenic Rides is a SAS with share capital of EUR 10,000, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 908 651 003, with its head office at 42, Route de la Grande aux Moines - 78460 Choisel (France).

Hellenic Rides is registered with the Registre des opérateurs de voyages et de séjours d'Atout France (Atout France registration certificate No. IM 078220003). Atout France is an economic interest group whose head office is located at 79/81, rue de Clichy 75009 Paris (France).

In accordance with the provisions of article L.211-18 of the French Tourism Code, Hellenic Rides (i) benefits from a financial guarantee with APST - Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme (membership ID 49898), (ii) is insured with HISCOX under the MTRC 202200430 contract dated 17/01/2022 for Professional Liability Insurance, and (iii) meets the professional aptitude conditions required by this article for its practice in France.

In this Privacy Policy, words or expressions beginning with a capital letter shall have the following meaning:

Customer : refers to any private individual who wishes to contract with the Company, with a view to entrusting it with the provision of Tourist Services, under the conditions defined in the Company's terms and conditions of sale.

Personal Data / Personal Data : refers to any information that may allow a natural person to be identified directly or indirectly (surname; first name; email address; IP address; browsing data; etc.), in accordance with the definition given by Article 4 of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD 2016/679).

Party(ies ): refers individually to the Company or a User and collectively to the Company and a User.

Touring Service : refers to any motorcycle touring program designed and sold by the Company to its Customers, under the conditions defined in the Company's terms and conditions of sale. These Tourist Services are detailed on the Site.

User : refers to any natural person who uses the Site, in particular to obtain information about Tourist Services.

3.2 Purpose

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the principles and guidelines implemented by the Company with regard to the processing of Users' Personal Data.

More specifically, this Privacy Policy details all the processing of said Data, the purposes for which it is used, and the means available to Users to exercise their rights.

The Company processes Personal Data in order to respond to Users' requests.

The Company processes the following Personal Data in order to respond to Users' requests: identity information (first name and surname of the User) and contact information (telephone number and e-mail address).

The processing is motivated by the Company's legitimate interest in answering its Users' questions and offering them a quality customer service.

If the User does not become a Customer, the information he voluntarily provides to the Company will be processed as a result of his explicit consent.

This Personal Data is kept for this purpose for six (6) months if the User is not a Customer, or, if he or she is a Customer, for the entire duration of the "customer relationship."

  • Newsletter delivery

The Company processes Users' Personal Data in order to provide them with newsletters.

The Company processes the following Personal Data to provide newsletters: identity information (first and last name) and contact information (telephone number and e-mail address).

By subscribing to the Company's newsletter, the User gives his consent to the processing of his Personal Data for this purpose.

The User has the right to unsubscribe from the Company's newsletter lists at any time.

This Personal Data is kept for this purpose for as long as the User is subscribed to the Company's newsletter.

The Company processes Personal Data in order to meet its legal obligations, for example in terms of accounting.

Within the framework of the execution of the Tourist Services, the recipients of the Personal Data collected by the Company may be the Company's partners or payment organizations.

In addition, the Company is entitled to disclose Users' Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the event of a breach of the present Agreement by said Users.

Transfer of Personal Data to third countries

The Company endeavours to process Personal Data within the EU/EEA, so that Users can be reassured as to the protection of said Personal Data.

In some cases, however, Personal Data may be transferred to and processed by service providers located in countries outside the EU/EEA.

To ensure that Personal Data is always protected, the Company implements, in all circumstances, adequate security measures, for example through data protection agreements that oblige subcontractors to protect Personal Data in the same way as the Company. Article 6: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are written in French. In the event of contradiction or misinterpretation, they shall prevail over any other version drawn up in another language at the User's request.
